In the book "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen F. Covey listed "Putting first things first" as the third habit and uses the four quadrant to determine what should be first.
The Bible tells us what are the first things.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33 KJV)
After that we should be witnesses, first to those near us, then to those far away.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8 KJV)
