As Christians we are priests. But we are not the same as the Aaronic Priests. The Aaronic Priests approach God on behalf of men. We are priests that approach men of behalf of God. We are God's ambassadors.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. (2 Corinthians 5:20 KJV)
