My Son Returns To Church

And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. (Luke 15:20 ESV)

It was many long years and he came back. I was not in, but at JSM KL. My wife messaged me that on Wednesday (9th March) morning at about 10 am, he suddenly came to her and told her that he wants to go to church. It was amazing. I kept my fingers crossed, not sure if he would follow up on what he said. I prayed. And this morning my wife messaged me at 10:15 am that he went to church with her. Oh the amazing grace of God! What more can I say? What words can I use to praise my gracious Lord who not even saved me, but extend His mercy to my son.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 NASB)

And now, Sovereign LORD, in addition to everything else, you speak of giving your servant a lasting dynasty! Do you deal with everyone this way, O Sovereign LORD? (2 Samuel 7:19 NLT)
