Mortify the Flesh
For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. (Romans 8:13 KJV)

Separate from the World
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, (2 Corinthians 6:17 KJV)
Resist the Devil
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7 KJV)
