Reaping And Sowing

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (Galatians 6:7 KJV)

I always tell my children, "Your life is not determined by events that happened to you, but by your reactions to the events." I searched the Bible, but could not find a verse that said something similar. Then I searched the web and found this website "Quote Investigator" and found some interesting quotes which I have heard previously:
