For, being ignorant of the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness. (Romans 10:3 ESV)
Everyone loves to be righteousness. Even wicked men love to be righteousness. But all seek to define their own righteousness. They do not want to recognise God or acknowledge His standards. Because everyone loves to be righteousness, some people thought that men are born good.
