How can we identify a proud person? Tell someone that God created all things for His own glory.
The proud person usually will react in this manner, "What kind of God is this? So selfish, only thinking of His own glory. A good God should think of how to help others. Should have an attitude of self-sacrifice, 我不入地獄，誰入地獄。"
The humble will say:
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. (Revelation 4:11 KJV)
