The Innkeeper
1. Very BUSY doing his LEGITIMATE work
2. MISSED the KEY customer - Jesus Christ
Religious People
1. Know EXACTLY when and where Christ will be born
2. Never bother to visit and MISSED the true Christ
King Herod
1. Extremely protective of his throne, his lifestyle, career etc
2. Afraid of another King that would rule his life
The Shepherds
1. Lowly and unknown
2. Ready to receive Christ
