God declares His Word to Israel and no other nations. We know this is true from history.
He declares his word to Jacob, his statutes and judgments to Israel. He has not done this for every nation; they do not know his judgments. Hallelujah! (Psalm 147:19-20 CSB)
Allah said he has declare his word to every nation although there is no proof that he had done so.
Indeed, We sent forth among every nation a Messenger,; saying: 'Serve you God, and eschew idols.' Then some of them God guided, and some were justly disposed to error. So journey in the land, and behold how was the end of them that cried lies. (Quran 16:36 Arberry)
We have sent you in all truth as a bearer of glad news and a warner. No nation who lived before was left without a warner. (Quran 35:24 Muhammad Sarwar)
