Unbelief Has Its Consequences

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25-26 ESV)

Man's ultimate sin is unbelief. He does not believe in the word of God. For this he will go to hell.

There is a guy who does not believe in the law of gravity. One day, he decided to prove to everyone that the law does not exist. He went to a tall building and jumped down. He died because of his unbelief.

Then many said of this guy, "He was a good man. He donate money to charity. He volunteered in old folk's homes. He was kind to his colleagues, generous to his friends, filial to his parent and faithful to his wife. How can Nature be so unfair and let him die just because he did not believe in the law of gravity?"

God is Nature. As Nature behaves, so God behaves.

God is Truth. Not to believe in Truth has its consequences.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18 KJV)

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 ESV)
